How do you handle unexpected issues? 

 

For technical issues, we resolve them internally. If an issue affects cost or appearance, we review options together and collaborate with you on the best path forward.

How often will you update us?

We're proud of our communication! Before your project starts, we'll check in 1–2 times a week, even if it’s months away. Once work begins, you'll get daily updates.

What job site standards do you hold your team to? 

 

​We promise to respect your home: no smoking, no bad language, no offensive music, and we'll keep the space clean every day.

What does the day look like when you're in my home?

 

Our team typically arrives around 8am. The first 15 - 30 minutes are spent reviewing the work order and setting up. Around noon, they break for lunch and share a progress update with the project manager. Around 4pm, they begin the wind down process by giving a final update, snapping photos for the daily log, and cleaning the job site.

What could make the final bill exceed the estimate? 

 

The final bill may be different from the estimate if the work changes. This can happen if you ask for extra projects or if we find more damage. If costs go up, we'll give you a change order to look over and agree to before we do the extra work.
